5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. Amazing Installment in the Creepy Hollow Series! By Amazon Customer This book was so full of awesome sauce that it just oozed from the pages. I thought I loved Nate, but then that whole incident happened with him, and I couldn't stand him. But, Ryn...oh boy that guy is swoon-worthy!! It is safe to say that I'm now rooting for Ryn all the way. This book was even better than the first, The Faerie Guardian. I was like a demon tearing through this book because I needed to see how it ended. Ms. Morgan's writing is spectacular. I love the unique twist that she put on the faerie world, and it is nothing short of extraordinary. While the ending of the first one was kind of annoying because I had no idea what was in store for Violet and Ryn, the ending of this book was just WHAT THE HECK?! I thought I had to be missing part of the book because it just couldn't end the way it did. This wasn't just a cliffhanger. No, this was a mountain-hanger. I absolutely need the next book because it just can't be!!One of the greatest things about this book, besides the writing, was the characters. They are extremely relatable, and feel real. I felt like I was watching their story play out in front of me. After the end of the first book, I was really fascinated with Ryn's character. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect from him in this novel, and boy did Ms. Morgan deliver. We are treated to an entirely new side of Ryn, and trust me, it makes you fall hard. Violet is still our kick-butt heroine that we have come to know, but we also see a more vulnerable side to her in this novel, especially when she runs into a person she least expects at the Seelie Court. Nate makes a very surprising return as well, and I'll be interested to see what happens with his character in the next book. I want to believe that there might be some kind of redemption for him, but unfortunately, I don't think it will be possible.There are many shocking twists and turns in this heart pounding novel. There is new love, surprising returns, and heartbreaking deaths (yes, you read that correctly, deaths). You will never want to put this book down, and you'll definitely be scrambling for the next one! Go out and get this book now! Happy reading :)5+++++ stars

This story picks up right where Faerie Guardian had left off. If you like a story that is not only set in the land of Fey but also in our world of humans and and enjoy fantasy, mystery and action along with a little romance then this is not only a book you will love but a series you will love.Try a sample first and you will see what I mean and be buying this book immediately - enjoy!

Nate disappointed me. He broke Vi. I started out Team Nate but Ryn grew on me. I loved their relationship. How he could leave her at the worst time broke my heart. This series is one of my favorites that I'll read over and over
