Two young men have risen to power on opposite sides of political spectrum and they are Eric Cain’s sons. Darius Cain is a General and leader of the notorious Black Eagles. The Black Eagles are an undefeated and feared powerful military company of mechanized Mercs that fight for rich rewards to resolve conflicts anywhere and anytime. Elias Cain is a leader in the planetary police enforcement agency of his planet and he lives by the law and rules of his government regardless of whether the laws are right or wrong.A new unknown force is causing trouble within the realm of worlds controlled by a weakened mankind presence in space. After The Fall of Earth the worlds are poor and survival is tough for most if not all of the surviving humans. Something or someone is causing unnecessary wars. They are attacking defenseless outposts and trying to weaken the Black Eagles. They have a vast army of mechanized warriors and they are fierce fighters without fear or surrender in their hearts. Are they human, alien or another variation of the First Imperium alien forces attacking humans again? Can the bickering 1000 colony worlds come together and muster enough force to prevent another enemy from trying to destroy or take over mankind…….Jay Allan has a rich imagination and he has found a way to continue the saga of Crimsom Worlds. I have purchased and read all of the books and I have enjoyed them all. This book is no exception and I rated it at five stars. It is well written military Sci-Fi and it is entertaining to read. This is a newly published book and I did find a few typos in the book and a mistake in a date but overall it is well written and edited. It is an excellent story and I recommend it to you.

Yes the Cain family is back raising hell with the enemies of Humanity.New enemies, or maybe old enemies resurrected. The scattered remnants of a once great Human culture in Occupied Spacehave become weak and complacent after years of peace. and someone or something is preying on them.. Lots of combat, new questions, hidden enemies, self-serving politicians,all there. I think Chapter 20 has the wrong date...believe it should have been 32/33 years after the Fall. I could be wrong.I read the complete Crimson Worlds series and loved it, this is a great new series continuing the saga.

By Daniel Williams This book the start of a new series is by far the best book in the saga, it picks up 32 years after the events in THE FALL, and Jay Allan expertly picked up and connected the reader to the other books while making this its own unique book that leaves you waiting for the next book with high hopes that Jay Allan will once again hit gold
