1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. The Best Dystopian Series of 2015! By Odie It appears that John's group has finally found a safe haven in a quaint little town in Georgia. The survivors finally have an opportunity to breathe easier and get some needed rest. There's no doubt that they are blessed with a taste of normalcy. Well, as normal as life can be when they're always waiting for disaster to strike, ripping away their good fortune. The group knows not to get too comfortable! While John's group is thriving, unfortunately, so are Jake and Ava. They're like a pestilence that keeps spreading and can't be destroyed. This is an exceptional series!

By Sandra B While I love the continuing saga of John, Claire and family, this book had at least 70% of Jake and Ava's storyline and less of the main characters. I like how Jake and Ava have their own thing going on and I am just waiting for the scumbag Jake to get his comeuppance from either Ava or her guys. With that said, John's story line was boring this time so it evened out. I am curious how the author wraps up the ending. On to the 5th and final book!!
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Can You Give A Man A Break? By Trisha Doran Great books - I love dystopian novels/series and wow this guy John just cannot get a break. But there's always hope, which is what I like. Very tense most of the time and very exciting.
