Definitely a Beginner's Book By Debra B The recipes look good, but I'm not sure this is a strictly Paleo diet - although eating grass-fed beef and organic fruits and vegetables are. I don't think that was clear enough in the explanation of why certain foods were on the list, but the recipes do include. Also, I disagree that the Paleo diet alone (or any diet for that matter) is going to make anyone "fit". Fitness has nothing to do with how much you weigh. Fitness has to do with cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and agility. A healthy lifestyle is comprised of both eating well and exercise.Otherwise, the recipies are something I am eager to try out.

Tasty and healthy By Jessie McIntyre I am definitely new to the Paleo style of eating, so I appreciate that this book talks about the diet itself and the benefits people have discovered by following it, as well as presenting recipes. There are lists of foods that are allowed on the diet, broken out into food types, and which ones to avoid (dairy and grains mostly). But you reap the benefits if you follow the Paleo diet to at least 80%, so there is some leeway, which you don’t always have with “diets”. I’ve only tried a few of the recipes so far, but the apricot power bars and pumpkin pancakes have been given a thumbs up by my family.

By Tara Miller The benefits of Paleo Diet mentioned under section "Benefits of Paleo Diet" are amazing. I wasn't aware before reading this book that Paleo Diet is so helpful to our body. Moreover, the list of what to eat and what to avoid during Paleo Diet is very well explored. The recipes are mouthwatering, tasty and full of health benefits too. Paleo Apricot Power Bars look so beautiful and yummy.Thanks Michael for such an amazing book.
