By honorandvision Excellent Novella from veteran RPG, Sci-fi and Horror writer Jennifer Brozek. The novella embeds the reader with a team of contracted first responders in the Shadowrun world, part paramilitary outfit, part paramedics the Doc Wagon teams have long been a part of the Shadowrun universe. Jenn Brozek does an excellent job taking the reader through a night with a Docwagon team and includes lots of world enriching tidbits during the adventure. While Shadowrun fans will definitely get the most out of the book, I would recommend it to individuals new to Shadowrun as well along with anyone interested in creative science fiction and cyberpunk genres.

By Elliott Kay DocWagon has always been one of the best examples of how different the Sixth World is from our own: armed paramedics who will crash through whatever they must in order to save a client. Jennifer Brozek's novella gives DocWagon the sort of attention it has always deserved, along with a nice helping of Sixth World pop culture commercials and a view into the workings of journalism. Again, Shadowrun is all about the layers, and Brozek absolutely delivers there. The mark of an enjoyable read is the reader's desire for more, and all along I kept thinking how much I wished this was a full-length novel. Bottom line: Shadowrun fans will not be disappointed.

By Bruce Ford I found this to be highly entertaining and a fun read. The characters are interesting and it gives a nice change of pace toward this universe by coming at it from a different perspective without totally stepping out of the elements one would expect in Shadowrun fiction. While all works tend to have errors, these should never be the focus when reading. Enjoy the story being told and focus on that tale being told for if you do Jennifer Brozek will take you into the world of a DocWagon team through an entertaining medium that everyone will recognize it for what is. It certainly amused me and made me smile. So check it out.
