They're still in shock as they driving away, knowing that they have no where to go, limited supplies, too many wounded, and the gas will only take them so far. Hope is beginning to slip as they discover that this move will be the most difficult yet. Georgia will challenge them both mentally and physically. The Systemic Series just gets more and more exciting!

The author has done an exceptional job of humanizing all of the characters in the story. As well as, placing them in their temporary home, whether it be in a tent, barn or rock castle. You feel like you are there!!! This is probably ridiculous but I feel a little down knowing that I have the last two books of the five book series and how can it end after the 5th book? I hope the author can successfully tie it all up after the series is over and it isn't a let down. You root for these people and you feel their loss and happiness, etc..to me that is EXCELLENT writing!!! I highly recommend this series.
