Furbidden is the latest release in the Sexy In Fur Series by Kate Kent and it is totally awesome! Furbidden is a stand alone book with NO cliffhanger. Although reading Furever, the first book of the series, is not required to enjoy this story, I would highly recommend reading both! The first book is awesome too! And we get to see quite a few of the same characters and locations in both books. It's just so much fun! The story is exciting, original, imaginative, adorable, humorous, romantic and arousing! The dialogue is smart, inventive, cute, erotic and as always, well written. The characters are captivating, sweet, endearing and sexy as sin! A perfect combination for a wonderfully entertaining, laugh out loud funny and pleasantly satisfying read! Curvy she-wolf Evie Allen hasn't had much luck with men or relationships. The only relationship she's managed to hang onto is the one with her best friend and boss Alicia Morgan, owner of Morgan's Treasures, an auction/resell shop in Frederick. The only action she's seen lately is watching everyone else hook up at her favorite watering hole, the Bite Me Bar while she sits on a lonely bar stool drinking a Howling Martini! (So hilarious - right? I just love the names Kate uses in her stories.) It's totally hopeless - or so she thought until she sees a absolutely hunky bear shifter that is smokin' hot changing in the new transition room. Wowza! She would definitely love for him to wrap his powerful muscled arms around her curvy body. She's really enjoying the view, then suddenly looks up and sees that the extra delicious bear is her best friend's younger brother, Chad Morgan. What? Wow! He really grew up and out while he was away at college. Time to put on the brakes! But it seems sexy Chad has his sights on the lovely Evie. He wants her - his bear wants her - they both want her - NOW! What's a girl to do? Why, hook up with the hot young bear shifter,of course! Now she really has problems. Her best friend and boss, Alicia and her two new hot guys are leaving for the Poconos for two whole weeks which leaves her alone with Chad. Oh no! How's she going to resist the sexy young bear for two weeks? She already has enough problems with her mysterious stalker. She doesn't want to lose her best friend because of a stupid mistake, if you can call one night of mind blowing sex with a sexy hot bear shifter a mistake! Oh my! But how do you tell your best friend you slept with her baby brother. Plus on top of everything, she's won an amazing scholarship to attend Boston University and now she's not sure if she even wants to go. What's a girl to do? I don't know....No spoilers here. You'll just have to read the book to find out what Evie decides to do but I will say this......Beautiful curvy shewolf-check! Hot sexy bear shifter-check! Danger, suspense and crazy stalker-check! Romance, angst and some good loving-you bet! That and a whole lot more! Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read!

The Bite Me Bar has put in changing rooms for the shifters and he's one that doesn't mind leaving the door open and oh no it's her best friends little brother chad. She hooks up with Chad for a night of hot, steamy, holy cow that was awesome sex! but in the light of day she fights it because well he's 10 years younger, he's her best friends little brother (incase she hasn't mentioned that a time or two!) oh and she has a stalker.Chad has been in love with Evie for ever and he's not giving up so easily but what is she to do when Alicia asks her to keep all of the girls away because he doesn't need a girl friend when he's going off to Grad School!I'm really enjoying this series and I can't wait to find out who gets a story next!I received an ARC for my honest review.

Chad is hot, sexy and has been totally in love with Evie for a while. Evie is strong sweet and loveable. Their romance is Hot and steamy. Evie is best friends with Chads sister and 10 years older then he is so she tries to fight her growing feelings for Chad. Added into the mix Evie also has to deal with danger from a stalker.One again Ms. Kent has wrote an amazing book to delight your senses. The characters are well developed and the plot is well written with a fast pace. Great book Ms. Kent!!!Thank you for once again allowing me the honor of ARC'ing for you.L.
